We have been trying to work a sip trunk setup with our provider using only CM 5.2.1 and an SBC without a session manager. The trunk would be in-service using TCP signaling but we can't get calls through, having a "temporary service" denial event on the CM trace and a "bad request" reply from our provider. They were asking us to reduce the "ICID" value to less than 32, however I have no idea where to set this in CM. Is this even possible with this setup?
