Hi,

Our Win NT4 TS running Citrix 1.8 metaframe, we face the problem regarding the ICA-Tcp listener down, all user had already logon on can work and no any problem, but If the ICA-Tcp listener down, user cannot logon citrix server If they wants to access citrix server after the listener down, If I run the "Citrix server Administration" program, the ICA listener will shown the word "down" on the left side, I don't know what is going on as the server running around 4 years, no such case before.

Appreciated that If someone can help.

Normal answer is a re-boot. However before you do, use regedit not regedt32 and look for IdleWinstations and up the value from 2 to 4.
That will increase the number of listeners.

[blue]Arguably the best cat skinner around ! [/blue]

Cheers
Scott
