Have a user at our sothern office that is complaining of a very slow citrix session.

there are only 6 users and all others are fine, Ive checked the settings and hes identical to them does anyone know why only 1 user would be slow and others are fine ?

I'd check a few things:
1. Network settings - 100/Full client, switch, & server
2. Attached to a hub?
3. NIC errors on client?

What kind of profile do you use and what's the size of it compared to an other.
