ICA sessions hang in MFXP FR3/Win2K SP4

I had an issue with MetaFrame XP (FR3) on Windows 2000 SP4 where the clients ICA sessions would hang anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes intermittently. I'm posting the hotfixes that I used to get it working, just in case anyone else here runs into this problem.

I think the first one link mentioned (324446) is the one that fixed it. The first two links (324446 and 326526) were the last hotfixes installed before it started working.
