ICA can connect TS Remote Admin but not application mode

Hello,
I've been struggling with our new windows 2000/sp4, Metaframe XPe/Sp2 servers. I'm getting an error that network problems are preventing connection to citrix server... RDP works fine.

However, if I put the server back into Remote Administrative mode, I can connect with ICA just fine but of course, that does me no good.

What registry key is corrupt? has anyone seen this? Our environment is AD domain controllers with NT 4.0 resource domains. The Terminal Server Licensing server is on a DC. We have the reg hack on our terminal server to point to the licesing server.

Have you got Terminal Services Licensing running and have you entered your TSCALS?

If not, this may well be your problem!
