IBM problem

My IBM PC give me the folowing message
when i turn it on:
the rf-id tag has changed.
system security- keyboard is locked .
system security keyboard is unlocked.
176 the system has been tampered with.
turn power to your system off and then on.
your system is now locked.

I imagine you could troubleshoot that info at the IBM website.
One thing you might try is a bios reset. Again, though, if i recall IBM does their bios reset a bit different, cant quite remember, but you can find that at IBM website as well.
