IBIS toolbar

I have windows XP, when I run ad-aware it detects IBIS toolbar it deletes it but the next time I run it, it comes back. If any one knows what this is or can help me fix this problem please let me know.

You have to disable system restore before you begin removal efforts. If you do not do this in XP, you simply allow for malwares to "repopulate" on the next reboot.
