IAD2431-1E1T1 PRI w/ NAME Info

Our Telco vendor provides a Cisco IAD2431-1E1T1 Router to create the PRI into our PBX which uses an NMS AG-4040 T-1 card.
We're both on NI-2 spec. I receive the ANI fine but can't receive the NAME info. I received it fine from a Qwest TDM ISDN PRI but not from the IAD2431.

Any suggestions?

Ask what ever carrier if they are passing CNAM. It can be setup not to pass it being some systems don't like to get it.
