G700/S8300/IA770 - 3.1 with all patches as of 3/31/06.
IA770 is not running. When I do a "process status" is says "Messaging 0/1 DOWN"
It's H.323. Signal Group says "Far-end bypass" and trunk group is "OOS/FE-idle"
Messaging is enabled.
My license file has the IA770 stuff on it and is valid.
I've tripled-check all integration.
I've stopped/started the voice service multiple times.
I've reset the entire thing multiple times.
Here what it says in the "System Verification Window"...
"System status of VM
AUDIX(R) OFF LINE
System status of mtce
Begin System Verification Checks -
File System Capacity Check Passed
IPC queue check passed
System status of vs
Voice System is Up
Number of Purchased Voice Ports 4
Number of Voice Ports In Service 0
Available Hours of Speech 129
Used Hours of Speech 6
Maximum Hours of Speech 135
Number of Available Text-to-Speech Sessions 4"
Here are the alarms that are present in IA770 after a reboot...
