IA770/H323 sig group failure

I've installed a S8300/G700 with IA770 software.
I keep getting silence when I call the audix hunt group.
When I trace the trunk I get Network Failure, I have to restart the messaging software to get it working. It fails after about 10-30 mins.
Seen alot about non-public patches at tier 3 are thses out yet?
 
Patches not available publicly as far as I'm aware. I've been able to get them from Avaya...
 
By the way what you describe is EXACTLY the same behavior I had on one of my IA deployments. The patches resolved the behavior.

You're best bet is to contact Avaya and describe the symptoms to them. They'll check your translations and release levels and make the determination if the patches are required. I also went through this recently and had the patches applied to resolve my issue. They did not tell me what the patch details were, just that the patches were not public and not available on the download site. Again, go to them and verify your translations first.
