Anyone know how to get a 2050 softphone to login an acd group? Thanks in advance!

Go into the settings of the 2050 set. Under the "Server" tab, you should see a checkbox to enable it as a Symposium set. Check that box and reset the phone. Once it comes back up, you will be able to log in.
