I2050 softphone question

Will the I2050 softphone work as an ACD set?I was successful
in building one in software on my 81c succ.3.0 switch.Does anyone know if I can aquire this set in Symposium and have it function as a new agent within the que?Also more importantly if the softphone is closed on the PC and becomes unregistered with the IP server Will it log out or stay logged in.I want to try setting this up in Symposium today during working hours and just want to see if anyone is currently using this set up and what the pitfalls may be.Thanks.

You can build as an ACD set and acquire to Symposium. However to do that you must go into the config tool, and on the Server Type tab, check Enable Symposium.

I'm fairly certain that shutting down the softphone logs the agent out, but you may want to test it to be sure.

Thanks dude.I added it and it works great.if you just close the phone without logging out it logs you out.
