i2050 softphone on a CS100s

We can't seem to get the i2050 softphones working on the site with a CS1000s?
A softphone registered to our main site running cs1000m is fine but is unable to make calls to the site with the cs1000s.
A softphone registered on the site with the cs1000s can be configured but fails to make any calls at all!

Have you set up the MC32 card correctly in the cs1000s???

BT setup the system for us, is there a particular parameter I need to check?
