The only thing I can find is the following in the way of license manager server requirements:

Because the License Server components are lightweight, you can install the components on any machine, which runs one of the following operating systems
• Microsoft Windows 2000
• Microsoft Windows 2000 Server
• Microsoft Windows XP
• Microsoft Windows 2003 Server
• Microsoft Windows Vista

I have a customer that really wants to load this on a 64 bit version of Windows 2003 Server or Windows 2008 server. Does anyone else have this running on any version of 64 bit OS? I know I can just try to see, but I would prefer not to have the customer build a server if someone else has already tried and failed.

Thanks
Rob

Tried it. It didn't work. Issues with newer DLL's in 2003 and Vista. Stick with the older. Less config issues.

You get a star.....thanks. I ended up tracking down the following link:

This is where the development software comes from that Nortel bought to make the license manager software. I installed Nortel's LM app on my laptop and went to help-about which shows i86_n3 on the end of the version. This matches the 32 bit platform discussed on the website further verifying the idea to stay away from 64 bit platform.

Thanks again

Rob
