i2050 config on vista

It is likely. I don't have a compatability matrix. You could download the trial 3.0 softphone on Nortel's website (just seach for 3.0 softphone) just to test to see if it works on Vista. Likely that 1.4 softphone is too old or you can try to search Nortel for a Vista softphone compatability driver (pry don't have one)
Or if you want to get tricky you can try to install XP in a different partition as I have been able to install 98, 2000 and XP all on one computer - then you just select which OS you want to use
