I2050 as an ACD Set 1

I have created a I2050 on my 81c and can send and receive calls, but I do not have the the Not Ready button and am also having trouble logging into symposium.
Have logged in once but cant logout.

I didnt see the not ready button as an option when I created the phone set.

Did you program the Not Ready on one of the keys? If you are using Symposium as your ACD platform then in the Configuration Tool/Server type tab of the I2050 phoneset you have to select the Enable Symposium option.
