Hi everyone
I have a strange problem, so i dont know if anyone will be able to help me.
I have installed KEM on I2004 phone, but from time to time the KEM blocks the phone, meaning i can not press anything on the phone or the KEM.
After i restart the phone, or after few restarts the phone will start working and everything will be fine. But this can happen after 2-3 or 10-20 restarts.
The error when it can not start it is Add on Error.
If i remove the KEM from that phone, to an extension that does not have IP Phone on it, or any other extension, the Phone starts working normally again.
I have BCM 400.
