I was wondering, Is there any way of accessing the Windows NT/2K/XP performace log in Visual Basic?
I have found the "Performance Logs and Alerts 1.0 Type Library" in References.
But I don't know how to use it, there are no help files.
I found an Visual Stuido Solution File, at the MSDN website, but that one refuses to open in My VS6, it apears to be .NET.

I would like to build a Network Monitoring prograsm that measures current Network throughtput, and logs it to a Database, And I figured that I could use the built in function in Windows for that purpose.
