I want use a dba-file with a password in Visual Studio (VBA)

I have av Access-file with password protection, and I want to connect with a .exe file. build in VBA.
Or can I protect all file's from Visual Studio?

Idea I have, is to provide other users to accsess the file and collect personal information.
