my current system dosent have acd. im looking for the part numbers for licensing that would be needed to make this and the vrs work any help would be appreciated. i have a rep, im just not sure what to order.

You need to contact an NEC dealer. A dealer is the only one that can get you the licensing.
I believe these are the required licenses;

2002 – SV9100 Contact Center Agent Lic
0411 – SV9100 Version Lic
