I tried posting this elsewhere got no responses....I'm hoping this is close enough to on-topic and also in a higher traffic area so I might get some feed back.

I'm looking for some straight forward info about the software development process. I've written standard operating procedures for such with previous employers ...and....need to do it again and don't want to start over. I need something to tickle my brain to get this stuff bubbling to the top again. Does any know of a link to some online info about QA/QC, project documentation, user docs, product specification, etc.....
