I/o's blocked not enough file system buffers

P570 - 128gb of real. Numfsbufs at 9216, yeah I know that is a lot but I am still getting i/o's blocked, like 1 million in 9 days. It is a Sybase reporting server. Any idea's?

Are you sure you are tuning the right thing? - not much info in your post.

Are you remounting after changing the numfsbufs value?

Sys was booted after increasing numfsbufs.
