Hello all,
We have a farm of 7 servers, publishing multiple applications. All servers are uniform (as far as I can tell!), and publish identical applications. One group of users access one particular server via NAT over a firewall. Since an entirely different server was withdrawn from the farm, this has started refusing connection to users with the error message:

Cannot connect to the Citrix MetaFrame server.
An I/O (Input/Output) error occurred while your request was being processed.

Hi,

Was that server's IP address used to resolve the ica settings within that networks DNS server? Or was it entered into the client software to resolve the farm?

I'd suggest speaking with one of the clients, start Citrix Program Neighborhood, right click the icon they run and alter the connection settings and enter in the Server Location an IP address of either the Data Collector or one of the existing servers and see if that cures the issue.

Hope this helps,
Carl.
