How would you like it to work

- Dial in
- enter conference number
- enter password
- join the conference

would you like the security on this so that the owner of the conference has to join from their extension (physical or app) or just a plain old conference that anyone can join that has the info?

Maybe I missed something but we don't work for you. You've made no apparent effort to understand IP Office and minimal effort to explain what you want. Instead you just expected us to learn CM.

Try explaining what you have and want in more details than just repeating "i need to configure the same call flow on ip office". What is the callflow in words with details like trunk type, whether its has DDI digits, via an AA or not, etc, etc?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
