I have to change from on ISP's IPs to an others 207.xxx.xxx.xxx to 67.xxx.xxx.xxx . We have servile domain names and servers. We have a primary windows DNS server that propagates to two Linux server our ns1 and ns2 server.

I have set all of the dns records to dynamic and changed the IPS on the nic with advanced properties . I have not seen any change in the dns records for any of the domain names listed in the forward lookup zone of the server. How do I get the IPS to propagate?

Did you already did a ipconfig/flushdns and ipconfig/registerdns?

no I have not ran ipconfig/flushdns and ipconfig/registerdns is it necessary? And I do not know what the flushdns does, where do you run it from the dns server?
