I need help with Public Folders!

From Outlook?
Are you trying to delete things IN public folders, or are you doing public folder administration?
If you're dealing with the contents of public folders, use Outlook. If you're doing PF administration, you can still use Outlook in many cases, but may need to use ESM for some issues.
