We have to deal with a company that is very security conscious. We must use VPN to communicate with them. Our clerks need to kickoff VPN, go to a web site run by the other company, and use a web-based application. I set up a workstation for this purpose.
A week ago my workstation was functioning perfectly. Then our network dudes did a big domain reorganization. Now when VPN kicks off, it severs all network connections and even blocks access to some resources on "C" (for example, you can't view the start menu). I have "allow LAN access" checked on the VPN .pcf file, but that seems to make no difference. The network dudes insist that it isn't their fault, and they did migrate the machine to the new domain.
Here are my questions-
Do you have a short-term solution for me?
Can you recommend a book or website on VPN?
