I need another ANI number to ID telephone numbers

This is purely dependent on your LEC, or dial tone provider, they're the ones who set the ANI number for your particular area. Be real nice to one of the Bell phone guys (or whomever gives the dial tone), buy him (or her) a cup of coffee, and sweet talk them out of the number. Good Luck.
