I need a recomendation on Laptops

We have been asked (directed) to find a Notebook PC that was full featured and weighed 4 pounds or less. We have a benchmark to go by, but it is not sold in North America (Samsung X10).

We are open to any brand, and price.

Specs:
3.8#
1.7GHz P4M/Centrino
512MB Ram
64MB Video (Samsung has GeForce4)
14.1" XGA
CDRW/DVD (Intergrated)
All ports on board, no port replicator needed.

Any recommendations will be appreciated.
