i am not sure there is an answer to this, but what i need is a chart that will take this information:
pt 1 came into the unit at 8am and left at 10 am and then graft it across a chart shading the blocks that represent the hours of 0800 - 1000. i need it to repeat this for each patient in the report.
i have brought in all the information i need; but am stumped as to what kind of chart to use...
if all else fails, i know i can put it into a spreadsheet manually, but i am wanting a report where all the user needs to do is enter a date range and then get their information...
hopefully i explained this good enough for someone to be able to follow my train of thought...
