I loaded a PC up last week the normal way I usually do it, but this time I keep getting the end-user license agreement. Every Excel, Word, Access or PP doc that I open, I am asked to accept or decline this license agreement, even after I have accepted it before. This is driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Richard

I don't see that this is a known issue. How does it display? Like it might in an installation dialog process? Or as some kind of file?

I'd be inclined to check the Office startup folder first, but I'm pretty sure you'll need to uninstall and then reinstall.

You've got rights on the PC? If you don't have rights to edit the registry, perhaps the fact that you're accepting the agreement is never *registered*?

Just some guesses. Anne Troy

Thanks Dreamboat,

I went to Microsoft's Update webpage and found a service pack for MS Office 2000 SR-1 Professional. Even though it takes nearly 50-70 minutes to download over my companies T1 line, it seems to have cleared up my problem.

Thanks again,
Richard
