I keep getting an error message when i start up Premiere...

Whenever i start premiere up it goes through its process then gets to a file called reverb6.dll and then an error message appears saying, "Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any valid editing modes. Please reinstall Adobe Premiere Pro and start again." I have already tried reinstalling and it has the same error... please help.
