I have an Opt 11 that is release 24. This release is EOL correct?

In order to add packages, we would have to upgrade to sucession, correct?

And since we still have a Meridian Mail Rls 13, that would have to be converted to a Call Pilot, correct?

Finally, the Packages needed to run a PRI in NI2 mode would be PKG's 145, 146 and 291 correct?
