I just got the 256MB DIMM, but my comp only sees 64MB?

It seems to run fine, even seems a little faster but it doesn't see more than 65512 Kb (I think that was it, close enough) on boot and when i go Control Panel/system it shows 64.0 Mb

My comp is P233MMx and my mother board shows up as BIOS: Award Software International, Inc. 4.51 PG 08/13/97 on=

Running Win95 B (OSR2).

Are there tweaks to the BIOS that I may have to do?
Is there a better way to check what MB I have, I believe it's a DFI.

Well it's probably 1 of 2 things. (hope its the first)

1) Go into the "advanced bios" menu, then find
"OS select for DRAM > 64MB"
set this to non-OS2, save changes and exit, and hope

2) Update BIOS :S:S .....blah blah.... best of my knowledge, etc. "always in the quest for knowledge, and glad i could help"
If im wrong, its not my fault!
