I have taken over the development of a site which is laid out very differently, let me explain. The site opens in a popup window, this popup has three frames, a menu, the content and a blank bottom frame. The content frame has one long page, about six pages long, these scroll from left to right and stopping at the correct part using Javascript code.
When I try to add content to the site (making the page longer) I get a vertical scrollbar appearing when viewing in a browser.
The site has one long table of 2222 * 425 pixels, and the 425 stays the same in Dreamweaver although when I view the site in IE I get vertical scrollbars.

Hope this makes sense

Cheers

Do you have a link so we can see exactly how things have been done?

If you make the page Longer then it will vertically scroll.

Hi Cheech

I don't think you get what I mean, I will try to explain better.

If you click on "About Us" the page scrolls from left to right 4 pages(Horizontal). When I try to add a 5th page to "About Us" I get a vertical scroll bar appearing which I don't want. The table in Dreamweaver still says it is at 425 pixels vertically which is the same as before but I then get a vertical scrollbar which I don't want.

Cheers

Ok how are you adding the new page contents.

Are you inserting a new TD tag within the main table?

BTW looks quite nice for a hoizontal scroll

The main table is 2220 * 425 which is okay. I can then stretch this to 2969 * 425 which is fine. However when I try to stretch a table or layer from the last page into the new section the vertical scrollbar appears. This also happens when I try and add a table or cell into the new part.
