I have seem to be having a problem with the serial ports in FreeBSD. Perhaps someone can help me.

I am just trying to gaim access to a console port on a router, and can do it just fine with RedHat Linux using minicom, but can not get it to work with FreeBSD. I have it plugged into my first serial port on the system, /dev/cuaa0

I have minicom set to the correct parameters.

I have tried cu, tip, and minicom to no avail. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance-

Dave

I missed the subject. Sorry. I hate when people do that. Subject: Serial/Com ports in FreeBSD

:)

Turned out to be bad serial ports. Must have been fried at some point in time.
