I have received a new computer in my company with Windows 2000P and we're testing to see if it will work. Everything is fine with the exception of one thing. When users are in Visual Manufacturing they cannot print. We have a Novell NetWare environment and they can print from anything else, just not Visual Manufacturing. Any suggestions?

Hello,

I had these Problems in two situations.

1st: Printing from a Centura/Gupta Application to a network Printer

Sol. Use "Net use lpt1: \\myserver\myprinter"
and connect the Printer to LPT1

2nd The Novell-Client wasn't proper installed.
Maybe you have to add IPX/SPX, use the newes Client from Novell. I think it's 4.80
