I Have problems sending Mails.

Hi, i have an Exchange 2000 Server on a Win 2000 Server.
All the tasks, seems like there is no problem, but when i try to send an internal mail, appears in te Outbox, and stay there, this happens with any message and any user.

What can i do ?
