I have installed in my Server ArcServe r11.1 (Build 3060) 1

This software is really difficult to use, i have no idea where to start...

1) It was working fine but now it does not want to work again it always show as "the device is offline", i have tried to set it up again with Device configuration but it does not want to do it.

2) Is it possible to upgrade from 11.1 to the latest software update or do i have pay more? buy new license? how can i know if I am up to date?

The arcserve website it's really confusing. I have tried to find the solution but nothing...

Upgrade to r11.5 is not a free upgrade.

If you have a maintenace contract active for 11.1 You can upgrade to 11.5 in free mode .
