I have installed 2003 on top of 2000 and now....

Well, i have installed 2003 ontop of 2000 doing the usual upgrade. everything looked to have gone fine until i came to log on the machine. On startup it now hangs on the "applying computer settings...." during the starup. This is all before you are asked to Log-in.

Could this be a service issue or a driver issue?

any ideas?

I would agree, I had the same problem. Disabled the APC services and I could log in again to update the APC software.
