i have error code i don`t understand what does it mean (HO2)(LPI)(LI1)

List of error codes:
LP1 means no network connection
I believe because I'm too lazy to look that H02 means it can't see the gateway
Basically the phone is getting power but doesn't have a valid network connection. Try the cable first.
