I have built a table( cost factors)

I have built a table( cost factors) which lists cost factors for outside vendors for a given year. I have six vendors accross the top and the years (95,96..2000) are on the left side of the table. I am trying to build a query that will be able to reference this table to determine the cost factor and use it in a calculation to determine a developed cost factor which will ultimately update another table under the heading developed costs. The formula is very simple it is Developed cost = incurred cost(cost factor)
