I have a work station running W2K Pro SP-1, Ibm 300gl, 433 Celoron, 128mb ram, 15gb hdd.

Problem: System running very slow because SERVICES.exe is utilizing 100% of the CPU. Not sure why this is happening.

There is nothing in startup, no games or any other stuff like that. Just a work station, only programs that are on it is MS Office 2000.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Does anyone know of a fix...
