I have a user who recently had a name change. I created a new mailbox in Exchange with new name. Does anyway know how I can copy everything, i.e., old mail, contacts, etc. from her old mailbox to her new? I'm not an Exchange Admin but looks like I may be taking on this role. Is there a easy or easier way to accomplish this task? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would have changed the name in the original mailbox instead, but ... You can export the original mailbox to a .pst file, import it to the new mailbox - then remove the original mailbox.

Thanks smooss51! That's what I ended up doing. It occurred to me that this would be much easier. Like I said before, I'm not a Exchange Admin, or should I say wasn't, so I'm having to learn rather quickly. This is a good forum for information. I appreciate the response.
