i have a couple 535 at cpu 100% and cant figure out why

we have a gig of ram, with about 4000 acls, just added 4 more lines with object goroups about 200 host each, and now the cpu is overloaded.

I thought the 535 with a gig of ram can handle much more than 4000 lines.

any ideas?
