I have a cisco 3600 that i need to monitor bandwidth and traffic on. Any ideas?
 
MRTG is the way to go. It is free and runs off of Linux or Windows. It auto-generates updated bandwidth graphs every 5 minutes for the interfaces you configure for it to monitor.
