I hate how when I scroll in word it jumps, is there continuous scroll?

Is there a scroll option that makes Word scroll more smoothly

Under View you can switch to normal, will have no top/bottom margins and page breaks.

ya but it still jumps as I scroll, only about 1cm but it still jumps. I want it smooth.
