I get $B and $B!! when Printing out an email W/Outlook 2000

An email from japan - looks fine when I open it in outlook, but does not print right. It prints out with boxes and $B and $B!! all over the place! It may be an excel spreadsheet that is embedded into the email.
I can't seem to find any information on this.
Help!! Some PC's can print it fine. One PC has this issue.
Windows 2000 w/SP4
