I have an end user that reports over-sized fonts when viewing misc. web pages. Parts of the web page will have enormous fonts while most of the page displays normally. Every other pc in the building works ok viewing the same sites.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Check the settings in Control Panel, Accessiblity Options, Display.

They may have set a large high contrast feature set for the display.

Thanks for the tip. Would that settings change cause large fonts to display in random areas of different web pages?

I've never heard of that. Oddly, this user isn't the type to go messing around with settings like that.
I'll check your suggestion first thing when I get there.
Thanks for taking the time to offer assistance!

I hope it helps. As the other possiblities are quite messy to describe; including font corruption.

Please let us know how it sorts.

I expect to get by there sometime today. I'll let you know what happens.

Thanks again,

It's fixed.
In internet explorer, I went to 'view' then 'text size'. The default is set to medium, hers was set to large. I set it back to medium and it works normally.
Thanks again for taking the time to help me out.

Users can accidentally change the defaults for test size if they have a wheel mouse. If you hold down the control key whilst scrolling the wheel you change the text size.

As you've seen when the text size is set to large or largest not all elements on some web pages get changed.

bazzert,
I suspect something like that is what happened. This user wouldn't change settings w/out asking first.
Thanks for the tip about ctrl and wheel scroll. I'll keep that in mind.
Thanks for your time and advice.
