We have a standard template we use in word to send to our customers. I need to create the same report in crystal...so this is static meaning it looks like this:

Dear Ladies and Gentleman,

Blah blah blah...
etc etc...

Is there a specific header / footer I need to place this...because I dont really have any details needed. I do have a header for each page which is a quotation number..but other than that its all standard...so where do I place this stuff?

This is Crystal version dependent, but if the letter is one page or less, and you are not inserting data into it, you can paste or Insert->OLE Object the letter itself in to whatever section you'd like, the report header/footer being prime candidates.

Hello Vampire (happy halloween :))

Thanks for the reply...

However, this is not one page, its more like 5.
Heres the problem this letter has a cover page...with its own heading our company name etc a logo etc.

The following pages all have a specific header:

NUMBER said:
[PROJECT]

And then there is data in that letter...like terms and conditions, but at various times I need to insert [CUSTOMERNAME] a field into some sentences.

So I was wondering is there a specific section I need to place this stuff in? Also my next major question is page 5 of our current word document MUST be on a page of its own...so is there a page break I can insert on a specific line so that it goes on a new page?

Thanks,
Jon
